Troubleshooting Smart Fitting Room

Item is not shown on screen

If a tagged item does not appear on the screen when brought into the fitting room, work through these checks:

  1. Check that the tag is properly written and that the EPC value matches the EAN or UPC value in Grid Products
  2. Check that the device IP is entered correctly in the RFID reader's web interface
  3. Check that the RFID reader's IP address matches the value entered in the RFID peripheral edge app
