How to troubleshoot a Signage Playlist device
- Make sure the device is connected to the internet
- You can check the status of the device in the installation's Device tab
- Make sure you have set up at least one Default Item
- In Global Settings, click Edit settings
- Enable at least one language
- Select the default language
- Modify your application's settings
- If you select Auto Deploy, a build will be pushed to devices in the selected environment
- Click Save all changes
Common Issues
Device is showing a QR Code screen
- Navigate to Apps โ Installations
- Find your application and go to the Settings tab
- In Global Settings, click Edit settings
