Troubleshooting Signage Playlist

How to troubleshoot a Signage Playlist device

  1. Make sure the device is connected to the internet
    • You can check the status of the device in the installation's Device tab
  2. Make sure you have set up at least one Default Item
  3. In Global Settings, click Edit settings
  4. Enable at least one language
  5. Select the default language
  6. Modify your application's settings
  7. If you select Auto Deploy, a build will be pushed to devices in the selected environment
  8. Click Save all changes

Common Issues

Device is showing a QR Code screen

  1. Navigate to Apps โ†’ Installations
  2. Find your application and go to the Settings tab
  3. In Global Settings, click Edit settings
  4. Enable at least one language
  5. Select the default language
  6. Modify your application's settings
