How to add content and organize items in a playlist

1. In the sidebar, navigate to Apps → Installations
2. Find your installation and open it
3. Go to the Settings tab
4. For the first-time setup, you need to set up global settings for the installation by clicking Edit settings
   • After you have completed the initial setup and connected devices to the installation, you can set up settings overrides
5. In the Default Items section, you will set up the first item in the playlist
   • You can choose between Media (images and videos) and GridAp (which lets you set up a separate application as part of the Signage Playlist installation)
   • Each Signage Playlist needs to have at least one default item set up
6. Select Media, then click on Pick an asset to select the file
7. You can choose to upload media directly from the file picker
8. You can select previously uploaded media - learn how to Add files to the Media Library
9. You can add stock-free photos and videos
10. You can also generate images with AI
11. The media you select will now show in the main settings
12. You can now add more items
13. If you add an image file, you need to set its play-time duration
14. You can organize the order of the items using the arrows
15. Once you are happy with your playlist, you can Save all changes and publish the playlist, with all the changes automatically deployed to all connected devices
