# Troubleshooting products

> Fix common product issues: a missing Products page or Integrations tab, failed imports, products that won't save, and category identifier errors.

## The Products page or the Integrations tab is missing

1. Check your role in the tenant. Only admins see the **Integrations** tab, and viewers can't create or change products. See [Who can manage products](https://learn.phygrid.com/products/overview/#who-can-manage-products)
2. If **Content** is missing from the sidebar, ask an admin to give your role access to content

## A Google feed import failed or brought no products

1. Open the integration and check its **History**. If there's no entry yet, wait until after the next scheduled time
2. Check that **Status** is **Active**
3. Open each **Feed URL** in a browser and check that the feed loads without a login
4. Check that the environment you're looking at on the **Products** tab is selected under **Environments**
5. Check the **Schedule** times. They're shown in your computer's time zone

## "Please set Spaces for this product" under Pricing or Inventory

1. Choose the product's **Spaces** under **Product organisation**. The **Pricing** and **Inventory** tabs appear for each space you choose

## A product won't save

The page scrolls to the first field marked "Required field".

1. Check that the product has a **Title**, **Spaces**, **Categories** and a **Product status (by Space)** for each space
2. Check that every variant has a **Product id** and a **Product name**
3. Check that every row under **Media** has a **Media Type** and a **Media URL**, or delete the empty row

## The category identifier isn't accepted

1. "Must be between 3 and 50 characters long": shorten or lengthen the **Identifier**
2. "Only a-Z, A-Z, 0-9, hyphens, and underscores are allowed": remove spaces and other symbols, for example write `mens-shoes`, not `men's shoes`

## A product doesn't show in a solution

1. Check that the product is in the environment of the solution's device, and assigned to its space
